Shipping Guidelines

How and where do we ship?

At Doc's Corals, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coral.  To ensure this, all of our orders are shipped via Fed Ex Overnight Priority to ensure timely arrival to your home.  We also monitor temperature and weather conditions both locally and at the shipment's destination and include heat or cold packs as the weather may require.  To ensure that this can occur with no issues or concerns, we limit our shipping to the 48 contiguous US states only.

Alive on arrival guarantee

Packed with Care

At Doc's Corals, we know how important your saltwater purchases can be.  We take every effort to ensure that each item is reviewed for health and quality, carefully packed, and sent securely to your home using overnight shipping.

When your order is received, several things happen:

  1. We review the health and quality of each item you selected.
  2. We send you an email to confirm your requested delivery date.  Please note, we only ship corals Mondays through Thursdays for a Tuesday through Friday arrival.  If you select any other date, we will work with you to identify an appropriate delivery date.
  3. The day we ship your item, we will email your Fed Ex tracking number before 5:00 pm central time.  If you need to change your delivery date, we require the request be received at least one business day in advance.

When you receive your order, be sure to review the enclosed pamphlet outlining our Alive on Arrival guarantee and your coral acclimation instructions.
