Doc’s Corals guarantees that all coral will arrive alive and as described in the listing. Should a coral be DOA (Dead On Arrival) a DOA request must be submitted within 2 hours of the UPS noted package delivery time. To be considered valid:
  1. The customer must be at the provided delivery address to receive the delivery.
  2. The request must be submitted within two hours of the delivery time noted by UPSx.
  3. The request must include clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of bag.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions.

Verified DOA claim’s will be fully credited with a replacement coral or the value of the original DOA coral towards a future purchase as a store credit if we are unable to guarantee the availability of the same coral purchased. Shipping costs are not covered or refunded.
